Ingredients : 1 bundle (2.2oz) sotanghon noodles 2 tbsp. canola oil 1 cup pork or chicken, diced 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. ginger, grated 1 onion, sliced 1 tbsp. patis 2 tbsp. cooking wine 4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 lb. spinach Cooking Procedures : An 8.8oz package of sotanghon noodles contains 4 small bundles each tied with a string. They said that tandoors from the word tandoori chicken, is a clay oven used in cooking and baking specialty foods at high temperature.
