Baby Prawns Adobo

Serves 4

Ingredients:

½ kilo baby prawns, head and tail trimmed
½ cup onions, chopped
2 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tbsp oil
1/8 cup cane vinegar
2 Tbsp water
3 pcs laurel leaves
2 Tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp HP Sauce
chopped spring onions for garnish

Procedures:

1. Saute onions and garlic in oil.
2. Add vinegar, water, laurel leaves, soy sauce and pepper.
3. Add prawns in the mixture.
4. Season with LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce and HP Sauce.
5. Top with spring onions. Serve while hot with freshly cooked plain rice.
