Ingredients :
- 1 lb. pork
- 5 small shallots, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. rice wine
Cooking Procedures :
- Season pork with the remaining ingredients and let it stand overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake pork for 30 minutes.
- Turn over pork to other side after 15 minutes and then continue baking until cooked.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
