Ingredients :
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolve in
- 3 tbsp. water
Cooking Procedures :
- In a small saucepan, mix all 6 ingredients except the cornstarch. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and then add dissolved cornstarch. Stir vigorously until thickened. Simmer for a minute.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a sauce dish and serve.
