Ingredients :
- 1 lb. cooked shrimps
- 2 cups cooked lobster
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Cooking Procedures :
- Blend seafood in a mixing bowl with a fork until finely textured.
- Stir in the mayonnaise and add the other ingredients, except the parsley. Thoroughly blend the mixture.
- Spread on crusty bread or crackers and sprinkle with parsley.
