Ingredients :
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can tuna, drained
- salt and pepper, to taste
- vegetable oil, for frying
Cooking Procedures :
- Combine all the ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
- Form into balls or rolls.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towels and transfer to a serving platter.
- Serve with sauce of your liking.
