Garlic Mayonnaise Dip

This is an all-purpose dipping sauce. It keeps for a week in the refrigerator; stored in an airtight container.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and serve.
  2. Makes about 1/2 cup.
