Chili Fries

Ingredients :

  • 4 large Yukon Gold or baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt, to taste
(Cooking Measurements)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.  Prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Scrub the potatoes.  Cut potatoes in half and cut each half into three wedges.  Toss with chili powder, olive oil and salt.
  3. Spread on a prepared sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.  Turn and bake for another 10 minutes longer, or until browned and tender.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
