Ingredients :
- 500 g. pork ribs, cut into serving pieces
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup tausi (black beans)
- 1 Chinese sausage, sliced
- 3 cups stock (or water)
- steamed rice
Cooking Procedures :
- In a bowl, put pork ribs in Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper; stir to combine well. Marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
- In a pan, heat oil. Sauté tausi and Chinese sausage until fragrant. Add in pork ribs (together with the marinade).
- Pour in stock (or water) and bring to a boil then simmer until meat tender.
- Serve hot on steamed rice.
- Serves to 3.
