This all-purpose dipping sauce is good for grilled or fried meats, fish or seafood. It can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. red hot pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Procedures :
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Just before serving, add a 1 tbsp. mixture of chopped cucumber, carrots, green onions or cilantro and toasted peanuts.
- Makes about 1/2 cup.
