Ingredients:
½ kilo | baby prawns, head and tail trimmed |
½ cup | onions, chopped |
2 tsp | garlic, crushed |
2 tbsp | oil |
1/8 cup | cane vinegar |
2 Tbsp | water |
3 pcs | laurel leaves |
2 Tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tsp | pepper |
1 Tbsp | LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce |
1 Tbsp | HP Sauce |
chopped spring onions for garnish |
Procedures:
1. | Saute onions and garlic in oil. |
2. | Add vinegar, water, laurel leaves, soy sauce and pepper. |
3. | Add prawns in the mixture. |
4. | Season with LEA and PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce and HP Sauce. |
5. | Top with spring onions. Serve while hot with freshly cooked plain rice. |
