Ingredients :
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) minced jalapeño pepper
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander/cilantro
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice (or wine vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Cooking Procedures :
- In a bowl, place tomatoes, green onion, jalapeño pepper, coriander, oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and serve.
