Ingredients : 12 clams 1 tbsp. soy sauce (light or dark) 1 tsp. dry sherry 1 tsp. sugar salt to taste 1 lime, sliced thinly Cooking Procedures : Wash clams and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from broth and strain broth through cheesecloth. Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and sherry. Return to a boil. Stir to blend. Remove from heat. Place 3 clams in each small serving bowl. Ingredients : 6 cups water 1-1/2 lb. fish (or seafood pieces) 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped 1 medium onion, quartered 1 to 2 celery stalk, chopped 1/2 cup chopped parsley 3 cloves garlic 2 bay leaves 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. salt Cooking Procedures : Combine all the ingredients in a large pot. Ingredients : 1 tbsp. oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 onion, thinly sliced 3 cups chicken stock or water patis (fish sauce), salt and pepper, to taste 1 oz. misua (fine threadlike egg noodles) 4 eggs green onions, for garnish Cooking Procedures : In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Munggo (mung beans) can be found in any Asian Store. It’s one of the staples in most Asian country. Guisado (sautéed) as what we Filipino are calling mostly of our food because of the way we cook it.
